The Louisville St. Thomas Aquinas (7:50.08) boys captured the Division 3 4x800 relay title by narrowly defeating Cortland Maplewood (7:50.51) by .43 seconds. The winning quartet was made up of Ron Maksim, Matt Dougherty, Jordan McKelley, Maurice Kirksey.
